❤︎🍝芝士焗蔬千層麵簡易版🍝❤︎/ Simplified Recipe of Baked Lasagne with Cheese & Veggie🥬

話說有位朋友仔見我最近成日係屋企整野食, 之後DM我問有冇食譜😂咁我出個post介紹吓啦~ 由於我比較懶同埋想食個健康少少既version 😂所以同平時肉醬意式lasagne有啲吾同🍴因為食材方面主要係蔬菜完全冇落肉,蛋奶素食嘅朋友們都一齊試吓整吖!

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, I have always been staying at home and cooking home-made food. Some of my friends ask for the recipes, so I decided to share it here. Today, I would like to share a healthier and simplified version of lasagne which is different from the traditional ones! As the main ingredients are vegetables, Lacto- Ovo Vegetarian can still enjoy this recipe!

蕃茄🍅 1個 Tomato 🍅 x 1pc
紅蘿蔔🥕 1條Carrot🥕x 1pc
西蘭花🥦 半個Broccoli🥦 x 0.5 pc
洋蔥🧅 半個 Onion 🧅 x 0.5 pc
蛋🍳 1隻Egg 🍳 x 1
千層麵 2塊 (你可以加多塊)Lasagne x 2 pc (you can add more)
調味料:
莫札瑞拉起司 🧀 少許
🧂適量
香草🌿適量

Seasonings:
Mozzarella Cheese🧀 handful
Salt 🧂Little
Parsley🌿 Little

製作方法:

首先,將紅蘿蔔及洋蔥去皮。然後洗乾淨所有蔬菜包括蕃茄、西蘭花、和剛剛去皮後的紅蘿蔔及洋蔥,並把它們切小件。炒香洋蔥盛起備用⋯⋯用中火煮淋紅蘿蔔,幫西蘭花拖水(~1.5min), 盛起備用。預熱焗爐至200度,將地捫南瓜🎃紅蘿蔔湯(見下圖)加熱至沸騰熄火。放所有蔬菜落湯中拌勻,將1/3的混合物放入已預熱的焗兜,放上第一塊千層麵;把剩下的一半混合物鋪平在千層麵上,放上第二塊千層麵;剩下所有的混合物鋪平在千層麵上。把焗兜放入已預熱的焗爐中,150度焗大概20分鐘。當見到食物開始呈現金黃色的狀態時,打蛋在千層麵上,將莫札瑞拉起司曬面(喜歡芝士的你,可以加海量芝士🧀)再焗2-3分鐘,完成✅

Directions:

First, Peel off the skin of carrot and onion. Wash all the veggies including tomato, broccoli, carrots and onion. Cut them into dices, drain and set aside. Pan fry the onion and set aside. Boil the broccoli for around 1 minute and boil the carrot until tender. Preheat oven to 200˚C. In a Saucepan, boil the Del Monte Pumpkin & Carrot Soup (See the photo as above). Pour all the veggies into the soup and mix well. Spread a layer of 1/3 sauce mixture in the bottom of the preheated bakeware. Put the first layer of noodles, overlapping slightly to cover the sauce. Layer 1/2 sauce mixture, then the remaining, top with noodles and repeat. Put the bakeware into the preheated oven for around 20 minutes at 150˚C. Add an egg and mozzeralla cheese (You can add more if you are a cheese lover) on top of the lasagne. Bake 2-3 minutes, Serve hot and enjoy!!
