Ingredients of Honey Bagels:
👉🏻 All-Purpose Flour OR Strong Flour

👉🏻 Honey
👉🏻 Salt

Also prepare the following ingredients for later steps:

👉🏻 Milk at room temperature

⚠️Remarks⚠️
- Use warm drinking water when the weather is cold and use drinking water at room temperature when the weather is hot.
- Individual oven might have different characteristics, adjust baking temperature and time accordingly.
🥯Method🥯
STEP 1
Mix all the ingredients and make a dough, knead it for around 5 minutes, until the dough is smooth on the outside.
STEP 2
Spray some water on bread dough and use a large glass container to cover it for 5 minutes.
STEP 3
Knead the dough again for another 5 minutes. (you can spray little water on top if you think it is too dry.) Use the glass container to cover it again for 5 minutes.
STEP 4
Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and starts rounding all of them. Spray little water on top, use the large glass container to cover them for 5 minutes.
STEP 5
Each of them roll flat for both sides using a rolling pin, remove air bubbles if any.
STEP 6
Roll one side into rod shape, use fingers to press gently and roll it from the middle to both sides.
STEP 7
Press one wide flat end using the rolling pin, join two ends to make a circle.
STEP 8
Boil 1L water that we have prepared. Turn off the heat and add honey.
STEP 9
Boil each side of the “circle” for 30 seconds by using low heat. Place them on a baking tray, after 2 minutes, Brush on milk.
STEP 10
**Preheat Oven** Bake the “Circles” at 200C for 12 minutes. Serve Hot

- 冬天天氣宜用暖的飲用水. 夏天天氣宜用室溫飲用水
- 按焗爐特性而適當調節溫度和時間
🥯製作方法 🥯
步驟一:
將所有材料混合成麵糰,搓揉大概5分鐘直至表面平滑,不再黏手。
步驟二:
在麵糰上噴幾下飲用水,然後用大容量的玻璃碗蓋住它,休息5分鐘。
步驟三:
再簡單搓揉麵糰5分鐘。(若中途覺得太乾可以噴少量水)用剛才的玻璃碗蓋住它,再休息5分鐘。
步驟四:
用電子磅將麵糰分成四等份,然後逐一滾圓變形。噴幾下飲用水,用大玻璃碗蓋住它們,休息5分鐘。
步驟五:
每份麵糰的兩面都要捍平,按壓排氣。
步驟六:
將壓平的麵糰捲成條狀,用手指按壓向兩邊拉長。
步驟七:
用木棒將其中一端擀成寬平,然後連接兩端形成一個圓圈。
步驟八:
煲滾1公升水,熄火,加入蜜糖。
步驟九:
以小火燙煮每面30秒,然後放上焗爐盆,用適量牛奶掃面。
步驟十:
**預熱焗爐** ,以200度烤焗” 圓圈” 12分鐘,完成✅
